IT Operations Analytics received a rating of ‘High’, meaning that it enables new ways of performing management processes that will result in significantly increased revenue or cost savings for the enterprise. The report is targeted to CIO’s and IT leaders with the objective of helping them when making investment decisions in increasingly complex and dynamic IT environments.
